Rustic charm with a river view
Waking up to the sound of the creek was pure bliss. Our room had a private balcony with rocking chairs, creating a perfect spot for relaxation in the morning sun.
The coffee was lukewarm and uninviting. Also, the parking lot had tall shrubs, making it hard to see incoming traffic when exiting.

It was just a proper fit for a short weekend trip in Maggie Valley with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff was nice enough during check-in, making the process easy. For a better experience, try to check in during less busy times.

The hotel's location makes it easy to visit nearby theme parks and enjoy water adventures like rafting. The views from our room were amazing, and we loved hanging out at the pool after a busy day.
Our stay was slightly dampened when the hot tub was out of order. Would have liked some time to unwind there.

The indoor pool was super relaxing, and I loved having a cozy spot to enjoy a cup of coffee while soaking in the mountain views. Decent Stay, but Room Needs Attention
We enjoyed the scenic views from our mountain-view room and appreciated the friendly staff. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, with some outdated amenities. Future guests should ask for a thorough room check before settling in, especially after rush seasons.

great access to local attractions and parks
we enjoyed being just a short walk away from joey's pancake house and only a 15-minute stroll from the beautiful soco falls, which made our weekend city explorations so much easier, as we love to soak in the natural views while wandering around.

The two queen beds offered a comfortable space, but the cleanliness left something to be desired. A lovely view of the mountains provided a nice backdrop, although the bathroom could have been better maintained. Breakfast included some delicious cheese rolls, which was a welcomed treat. The friendly staff made the stay more pleasant, but issues with the room's condition dampened the experience slightly.
